Luminit has designed and manufactured custom optics and diffusers for manufacturers of various types of bar code scanners and 2D imagers. Our diffusers are commonly used to convert a series of discreet LEDs into a homogenous line of light for reliable scanning. Other optics like lenses and prisms can incorporated in the design to focus and bend the light off-axis.
